1、Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious work environment.
2、Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors/employees to ensure that the department achieves the business objectives.
3、Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos customers.
4、Overall project management with assistance of GCQ Sales development team, GSH Operation team from the takeover from sales through handover to customer after commissioning and ensuring that we deliver optimal solutions to our customers
5、Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
6、Commercial management during project fulfillment incl. project master management, cost analysis and project risk management to achieves the business objectives.
7、Project execution incl. project take over and hand over, project documentation, communication and coordination with all stakeholders
8、Prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
10、Other tasks assigned by manager
1、Experience executing on strategies and strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience from a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
2、Experience leading a team and/or process preferably within Commercial Management, Project management.
3、Most likely to have 5-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level.
4、Strong knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within Commercial Management, Project management.
5、Experience leading and/or creating processes preferably within business
