We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our Sales Team in Grundfos Lithuania.

- Active daily and projects sales as well as leadership on driving Water Utility sales aligned with profitable sales growth;
- Development and search of new markets/customers;
- Implementation “Go Live” of Grundfos Water Utility strategy in Lithuania market through selling Water & Digitals Solutions with Services;
- Sales to Water Utility customers directly and indirect, via contractors, wholesalers in order to reach targeted sales plans and budgets defined within above standing Line Manager (LM) and/or Matrix Manager (MM). Human resources planning and coordination;
- Active demand creation and lobbing (interact proactively) to Key Decisions Makers and End-User accounts on prioritized projects;
- Promotion activities: customer visits, trainings, seminars. Targets set and controlled by above standing LM and/or MM;
- Water Utility products and solutions responsibility and promotion to LT market;
- Involvement of overdue debts collecting process of Water Utility customers, contracts preparation with lowest risks assessments;
- Other responsibilities according business needs, set by Country Sales Manager, for example reporting
- Engineering degree or technical background
- high skills of project management competences;
- able to handle complexity;
- Proactive interaction and collaboration skills;
- deep systems solution and technical knowledge;
- strong communication focus and negotiations skills
