Digital development professionals joining forces

At the Grundfos Digital Center Denmark, you will meet 110 of the best minds within digital development across different Grundfos functions dedicated to designing our new digital offerings. We are split into a variety Scrum teams, of which you will be the Scrum Master of one.

 

The entire function is relatively new, which has paved the way for an open environment where we share the mission of defining the digital journey of Grundfos in terms of solutions and methods.

Ensure an effective team through Scrum

Your job will be to guide and coach a Scrum team consisting of a product owner and 6-8 developers. Your aim is to ensure that they have the right conditions for delivering continuous value according to their sprint commitments. Through Scrum, you will facilitate daily self-organization to ensure that we have the right resources and competences to achieve our goals. This entails:

• Helping the team provide value to our customers
• Interacting with leadership team to remove impediments
• Facilitating Scrum events to constantly improve the way we work
• Helping the product owners understand product planning in an empirical environment
• Assisting the product owners to arrange the product backlog and to understand and practice agility
• Assisting the line manager in ensuring that the right capabilities are present in the team

Certified Scrum master, bona fide team player.

 

Aside from having a deep understanding of team dynamics and how great minds play together, we imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within software or IT development
• Are a certified Scrum master, preferably with a proven track record
• Possibly have some experience with DevOps or other software development management tools
• Speak and write English effortlessly
