2021 was another year defined by the COVID-19 pandemic and going into 2022 we saw critical political tensions causing immediate global repercussions that put deeper focus on our business, operations and sustainability actions.

We introduced a Sustainability Council as part of our new sustainability governance model and established our sustainability framework, based on our 2025 strategy, and an in-depth assessment of the most material issues to define our path forward.
