Joining the Board of Directors of Grundfos Holding in 2026, Eric brings extensive executive-level experience in international business, commercial strategy and industrial leadership, gained through senior positions across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Eric served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Management at Signify from 2016 to 2025. Before this, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for Lighting at Philips from 2012 to 2016.
Eric began his career at Schneider Electric in 1990 and went on to hold management positions in Australia, Argentina, France and Singapore. In 2006, he was appointed Executive Vice President of the company’s Power business in France. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific, based in China.
Today, Eric also serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Groupe SEB. He holds an engineering degree from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and a master’s degree in international marketing from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble.
