Question: What happens if the JP pump is not drained during periods of frost?
Answer:
The pumped medium must be completely drained from the pump chambers. If not, the liquid may freeze during periods of frost, potentially destroying components inside the pump. It is possible to repair the unit, but this may be quite costly.
