In January 2012 we launched our sustainability strategy and began working on implementing its individual steps. Highlights included the continued reduction in carbon emissions and water consumptions from our 2008 baseline, and the introduction of a Code of Conduct handbook providing all employees with easily accessible help on how to handle ethical dilemmas.
