The structure
The two-year programme offers you the chance to meet your personal ambitions as you gain experience from three different projects with three different teams. Within each eight-month rotation you have the chance to deep dive into the details of your specific project and really make an impact. You’ll receive guidance from the divisional and functional Stream Leads in choosing your path, and have the opportunity to explore outside your key competencies and develop in ways you may never have expected.
The projects are the foundation of the programme and designed to accelerate your growth, while making meaningful and significant contributions to the company. Throughout your journey, you’ll benefit from:

Our recruitment process
The application process involves overall competence screening, an online video interview, ability assessments, personality assessments and online case solving. We are always determined to give candidates a good experience from the first day of applying.
Once you’re selected, you’ll start your journey as a global graduate in September. We hire every year.
