Pharmez an SEZ specifically set up by M/s Zydus Infrastructure for 12 pharmaceutical formulation units near Ahmedabad. Pharmez is strategically located in the golden pharma corridor in the state of Gujarat, India.

Due to India's regulation on the use and discharge of water, these pharmaceutical companies need to have their discharge water treated before it is let out of their premises. Effluent treatment plants that primarily treat this discharge water to manage the pollutants need substantial investments for adopting the right water treatment technology, equipment, and maintenance.

To facilitate these pharmaceutical companies in Pharmez SEZ, Zydus has set up a common effluent treatment plant maintained by M/s Aldee water, to provide the best quality water to their utilities & process requirement.
