John has worked in technology and product development at Grundfos for over 40 years, and been an employee-elected member of the board since 2024.
He is an experienced engineer specialising in the integration of power electronics into mechatronic systems and products, with broad experience across the full value chain, and a practical understanding of design trade-offs and manufacturability gained from both development and production roles.
“I strongly believe in speaking the truth, especially when things turn out differently than planned,” says John.
“It has become even more important that we live our values,” he continues. “The key Grundfos value is Focus on people. Our company culture is in our people and seniors can play an essential role also after reaching normal pension age.”
