First of all, you can track your order directly in MyGrundfos. Just enter your order number and you can track and trace your order throughout its journey. That way, you can for instance always update your customer on where their order is.
Next, there’s a quotation overview. MyGrundfos gives you access to a quick overview of the latest quotations between yourself and Grundfos. This makes it quick and easy to manage your quotations. By clicking on a quotation, you’ll see the details of the quotation directly in our purchasing platform Extranet, where you can easily convert it to an order, request a change or reject the quotation.
Finally, there are requests. Similar to the quotations overview, you can use MyGrundfos to track the status of your quotation requests and inquiries with Grundfos, giving you information such as status, inquiry date, reference ID and an estimated response date.
