Question: Why is the MQ pump not pumping when I turn it on?
Answer:
There may be air in the pump. The suction line/water feed must be checked for leaks. The water column must remain stationary in the suction line. Likewise, the backflow preventer or foot valve of the suction line should be checked. Please consult a specialist company for such work.
