Explore your possibilities and kick-start your career as a student or graduate in Grundfos.
Discover your opportunities
Join our two-year development journey offered to a limited number of hand-picked graduates, or take a look at our student projects to start collaborating with Grundfos.
Internship
As an intern, you get the chance to put your academic skills into play in a real life and practical environment. In return, we benefit from your energy and input as you look at familiar challenges in new ways.
Our internships normally last 5 to 6 months, but we also offer shorter periods and can plan the details as we go along.
If you’re interested in an internship within Grundfos, please do keep an eye on our job page for advertised internships.
There is a huge amount of knowledge gathered in the teams, and all employees are open and willing to pass on their wisdom and passion.
Student Assistant
A Student Assistant position is a supplement to your studies, where you gain relevant and hands-on experience within your field of study. You’ll participate in the daily work alongside colleagues in the relevant department, and you may be assigned to a specific project or assist in solving the daily work tasks on a more general level.
Your weekly working hours are agreed with your manager, and we’re of course flexible in relation to your studies.
The most important thing for me is the opportunity to discuss and shape my own tasks and being inspired to always pursue new challenges and opportunities.
Student Awards
The Grundfos Student Awards is our annual initiative celebrating exceptional student contributions worldwide. Part of our focus on nurturing future talent, it’s our way of saying thank you to all the students who spend time with us and recognising their accomplishments.
Each year, managers nominate talented individuals who make an outstanding impact during the work they do with us during their studies. Finalists in the three categories – student assistants, internships and project collaborations – are invited to Denmark for the prize ceremony, where each winner receives a cash prize and the global recognition they deserve.
The student awards are sponsored by the Poul Due Jensen Foundation.
