Grundfos and Zamil focus on plumbers

Grundfos Gulf and partner, Zamil, have come together to target installers across Saudi Arabia in a series of five special training and knowledge exchange events.

Attended by more than 945 plumbers actively involved in buying and installing Grundfos products, the sessions were designed to bring attendees up to speed with the latest developments in pump technology as well as improving knowledge of the wide range of market-leading Grundfos pump solutions currently available to customers and promoting best-practice application and installation.

The events, hosted in Riyadh, Abha, Qassim, Jeddah and Dammam, were designed to recognise and reward the installers for their support to Zamil and their loyalty to the Grundfos brand.

With the emphasis firmly on improving product knowledge, pump selection and best practice installation techniques, technical and sales experts from Grundfos and Zamil focused on the full range and applications of domestic pumps, from simple pressure boosting and submersible pumps through to the latest ‘intelligent’ pumping solutions, designed to react automatically to any changes or problems in the system.

For many of the plumbers present, the events provided the first opportunity to meet and network with the Grundfos team, and to discuss the services that Grundfos is now offering to make their job easier. The Grundfos team also took the opportunity to discuss the kind of real life challenges that the plumbers face on a daily basis, and to discuss possible solutions.
