The personalised way to purchase a pump
As a Grundfos customer, you deserve efficient, smooth and personalised service – like when placing your pump order. There are two ways to experience service on Grundfos.com. You can find a direct line to local distributors by selecting the country you are based in and then the office closest to you or, as an Extranet user, you can place your order directly with us. Whichever way you choose, we strive to make sure you can place your order and get back to work fast.
Step 1: Go to Grundfos.com
Go to Grundfos.com and select ‘How to buy’ from the main menu bar.
Step 2: Find your local sales office or distributor
Once you enter ‘How to buy’, simply select your country under ‘Contact us’ and your local Grundfos sales office or distributor will appear. You can also contact your local Grundfos sales office to get an Extranet account. This will enable you to purchase Grundfos solutions direct.
Step 3: Contact your Grundfos sales office or distributor
Fill out and submit your purchase inquiry and a representative will contact you shortly.
Step 4: Opening an Extranet account
You can buy Grundfos solutions direct, if you have an Extranet account. To open one, simply contact your local Grundfos sales office.
