Joining Grundfos in 2013, Ágnes is Assistant to the Plant Director at Grundfos Hungary and has been an employee-elected board member since 2024. She is also an employee representative on the board of the Poul Due Jensen Foundation.
“I know the problems, difficulties and motivations of the people who work here,” says Ágnes. “I believe that all our employees have the potential and the power to make their environment even better. I am very passionate about the motto ‘Possibility in every drop’, because everyone is equally important and together we can do great things – and for that we need all our colleagues.”
Alongside her daily role and tasks, Agnes is especially motivated by the opportunity at Grundfos to help NGOs with charity work, recruiting volunteers or organising programmes.
“It’s very important to support people in difficult circumstances and to pay attention to what’s going on in the world,” she says, “and to support charitable initiatives and organisations within our means or beyond our means.”
