Søren has been an employee-elected board member of Grundfos and the Poul Due Jensen Foundation since 2024, working in many different positions during his 30-year career at Grundfos before taking up his current position as Global Senior Service Specialist.
Working his way up through the organisation, he has held various technical positions in production, product development and service, as well as formerly being a union representative.
“This experience makes me very capable of keeping my ear to the ground, and understanding the issues people see in their daily jobs,” he says. “On a personal level I am known for a high level of empathy, a great interest in my colleagues, what is happening in Grundfos and especially where we can do better.”
