SPECIFIC TERMS – Rewards by Grundfos

In addition to our general Terms of Use, the following applies to the Digital Solution “Rewards by Grundfos”:

Rewards by Grundfos is a reward scheme where professional installers can accumulate points by registering eligible product purchases and by registering participation in offline/online games, competitions, events, trainings, surveys, etc., to the extent that these are eligible for points. Participation requires you to download the app and sign up.

It is a condition for participation that you have given us a marketing permission. You may withdraw your consent at any time, in which case we will delete your profile, including your data, all points accumulated by you, and any gift card information.

Further, it is a condition for participation that you are not publicly employed, i.e., that you are not employed by a public authority or a publicly owned company.

Rewards by Grundfos is for professional pump installers only. If you work for a company or organization, you must inform your manager about your participation and get your manager’s consent for you to sign up for the reward scheme and get the points personally.

Whether a Grundfos product is part of the reward scheme will be decided by Grundfos and may vary depending on your country. You can get more information about the products in the scheme for your country directly in the app. Eligible products and eligible participations may be added or removed at any time, and we reserve the right to change without notice the amount of points which may be earned. Changes will not affect points already accumulated.

Through the app you will have the possibility to upload invoices and information on purchased products. You are only allowed to register a product purchase and earn points if you have purchased one of the products within the selected product families in the country in question and if the product has not been returned or the order cancelled. Each purchase may only be submitted once, whether by you or a third party. If we suspect any fraud in this regard, we may, in our sole discretion, decide to exclude you from Rewards by Grundfos.

The points earned in the reward scheme shall be redeemed in the same country as earned. You are not allowed to earn points in one country and redeem in another.

The points collected can be exchanged to gift cards or giveaways depending on your country. The points cannot be exchanged into cash or other products/goods than what is offered in the app. The available gift cards and giveaways may be subject to change without notice.

The points earned will be valid for 12 months from the date when they are added to your account. In the app it is possible for you to see when your different points expire.

You are responsible for any tax that may be due on a gift card or a giveaway received through the reward scheme. You might be obliged under local law to recognize the value of the gift card/giveaway. If in doubt, you should seek local tax advice at your own costs.

Grundfos reserves its right to change any of the above terms including the duration of the validity of points at any time.
