GRUNDFOS DOUBLE WARRANTY PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd, 515 South Road, Regency Park, South Australia, Australia, 5010, ABN 90 007 920 765. The Promoter in New Zealand is Grundfos Pumps NZ Ltd. 17 Beatrice Tinsley Crescent, Albany, Auckland 0632 New Zealand NZBN 9429032248067 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’).
2. These Grundfos DOUBLE WARRANTY promotion Terms & Conditions (hereinafter ‘T&C’) supersede any pre-existing Grundfos DOUBLE WARRANTY promotion stipulations.
3. The Grundfos DOUBLE WARRANTY promotion (hereafter ‘the promotion’) commences at 00.01am AEST 1 August 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEST 31 December 2025.
4. The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
5. The promotion is exclusively available to End Users and grants DOUBLE WARRANTY on eligible Grundfos products purchased from a participating Authorised Dealer (here in after Dealer) during the promotion period. For the purpose of this promotion, an ‘End User’ is considered to be a purchaser who uses the product for their own direct use.
6. The promotion is not open to Onsellers. For the purpose of this promotion, an ‘Onseller’ is anyone who purchases Grundfos products for further resale – including installers.
7. Information on the eligible products and conditions of Manufacturer’s Warranty form part of these T&C.
8. End Users expressed consent to the Dealer through which they purchased their pump is deemed acceptance of these T&C.  The Dealer must inform End Users about the content of these T&C and provide them with a copy of the T&C. By participation in this promotion each End User confirms that they have been duly informed and agreed that: (1) Grundfos will collect, store, and use entrants’ personal information to assist Grundfos in improving goods and services; and (2) Grundfos may contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email, mail and commercial electronic messages. By entering the promotion, End Users agree that their personal information may be used in the manner described above. 9. Eligible products in this promotion (hereinafter the ‘eligible products’) listed in appendix.
10. End Users must purchase an eligible product from a Dealer store in Australia or New Zealand during the promotional period.
11. A listing of participating Authorised Dealers is available at www.grundfos.com.au 
12. All online / internet purchases are excluded from the promotion.
13. All eligible products purchased by an End User from the Dealer during the promotion period are subject to DOUBLE WARRANTY.
14. Grundfos reserve the right to verify the date and place of purchase. End Users must retain a proof of purchase to receive DOUBLE WARRANTY.
15. Standard manufacturer’s warranty will be provided on eligible products replaced within the promotion period. DOUBLE WARRANTY will not be applicable to a replaced product.
16. Grundfos will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Grundfos.
17. The laws of South Australia govern this promotion.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

1. This warranty applies to Grundfos products where the purchaser acquires the products for their own use and not for purpose of re-supply. This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies that the purchaser may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
2. Grundfos products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extend the product is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, Grundfos liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product in accordance with section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Grundfos warrants that the products are free from defects caused by faulty material, design or workmanship. Not covered by the warranty is damage due to ordinary wear and tear; use of the product for applications for which they are not intended; modifications, alterations or repair of the product undertaken by the Purchaser or a third party (not acting on Grundfos’ behalf); failure to follow Grundfos’ instructions (whether oral or in writing); installation, commissioning, operation (e.g. use of the product outside its specifications) or maintenance not in accordance with Grundfos installation-, operation-, maintenance- or service manual; use of faulty or inadequate ancillary equipment in conjunction with the product; the application of spare parts of poor quality (excluding the application of any Grundfos original spare parts); accidental or wilful damage or misuse of the product by Purchaser or third party (not acting on Grundfos’ behalf); and Purchaser/end user’s or its own product’s non-compliance with applicable law and regulation.
4. Grundfos is not responsible for the design of the hydraulic systems in which the product is installed, and, therefore, cannot guarantee the product will be able to meet its specifications in the actual application. Material compatibility is not the responsibility of Grundfos.
5. To make a warranty claim, check first with the Dealer / Onseller from whom the product was purchased. Alternatively, you can make a claim under this warranty by writing to auservice@grundfos.com.au or Grundfos Pumps, 515 South Road, Regency Park SA 5010. The notice shall include a description of the problem, product number, serial number (if applicable), a date of purchase and a proof of purchase.
6. The defective product must be returned by the purchaser to Grundfos at 515 South Road, Regency Park SA 5010 with a proof of purchase (if requested by Grundfos).
7. The product may not be disassembled prior to remedy. Any failure to comply herewith will render the warranty null and void. Grundfos reserves the right not to remedy products polluted by poisonous media or other liquids injurious to the environment or people.
8. Grundfos will remedy defective (parts of) products by repairing or replacing (in whole or part) the defective (part of the) product within reasonable time depending on the nature of the defect, if it shows that the product subject to repair or replacement suffer from defects covered by Grundfos warranty.
9. All costs and expenses related to repair or replacement shall be at purchaser’s account, if it shows that the product subject to repair or replacement did not suffer from any defects covered by Grundfos warranty. Such payment is to be made by the purchaser based on current Grundfos’ pricelist prior to service.
10. Any warranty given to the Purchaser in relation to Grundfos products by a Dealer or Onseller (other than the warranty provided in this warranty policy) is not Grundfos warranty and is full responsibility of the provider. Grundfos will not accept claims under any such warranty and will not be liable to the purchaser or any third party with respect to any such warranty. Grundfos under no circumstances can be held responsible for the fitness for purpose of a re-sold product.
