Anne was appointed as Group Executive Vice President HR, CHRO, in Grundfos in 2025.
She joined our company in 2016 and has held several global and regional leadership positions within the Commercial Buildings Services division, based in Bjerringbro and Singapore.
She comes with more than 20 years of leadership experience in global corporations within shipping and industrial manufacturing.
Before joining Grundfos, Anne worked for the global Danish-owned shipping company Maersk Line, performing several roles within container shipping, communications and change management, and ending with two consecutive managing director roles in Greece and Jordan.
Anne also has experience from shorter stints in KPMG in Slovenia within HR, and Danfoss Slovenia within supply chain analytics.
During her career, Anne has lived and worked in Denmark, Singapore twice, Slovenia, Greece and Jordan. In her new role she will be based in Bjerringbro, Denmark.
