How does the payment work?
It's a subscription-based model, where you can both accept terms and conditions, and subscribe online to the service. The fee is invoiced one time per year, per connected device.
Can I monitor my system in a secure manner?

Do I get any hardware included in the subscription price?
No, the hardware and installation are handled separately from the subscription. Please contact your nearest authorised Grundfos re-seller to acquire the needed hardware and services.
What data resolution can the platform provide?
The standard data resolution is one data point per minute, and data packages are sent every five minutes from the gateway to the cloud. In case of an alarm or similar event, the data package is sent instantly.
Can I connect to other devices other than Grundfos equipment?
Yes, you can either utilise one of our I&O Modules to integrate analogue and digital signals or utilise the Modbus RTU* option of one of the gateways to communicate via fieldbus to a third-party device. (*Modbus RTU coming in 2023).
