The numbers behind our story

Grundfos started in the Philippines in 1987 through a Manila-based distributor, introducing innovative groundwater and water distribution solutions. In 2004, the company formally established Grundfos Pumps Philippines (GPP) and later expanded with an office in Davao. By 2014, Manila was selected as the location for the Grundfos IT Service Center, operating under the entity name Grundfos IS (GIS). Over time, this center evolved into a global shared services hub, providing global support across IT, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, and other key functions.

Merit review

While annual salary adjustments are not guaranteed, the company conducts comprehensive reviews each year. These evaluations consider individual performance, internal equity, and prevailing market benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

Incentive scheme

Leave benefits

Employees are entitled to annual leave benefits designed to support work-life balance and overall well-being. These include 14 days of vacation leave, which may be extended up to 21 days based on tenure, as well as 14 days of sick leave. Additional special leave provisions are also available in accordance with company policy.

Monthly allowances

We provide a comprehensive range of allowances to support our employees, including coverage for monthly transportation, communication expenses, basic rice and food subsidy and annual medical reimbursements.

Gift and rewards

To celebrate the joy of the season, we share a Christmas gift with all employees, a thoughtful combination of a gift certificate and a holiday food basket, subject to tax.

Hybrid work set-up

To improve work-life balance, following the local policy company offers a twice-a-week Work-from-home setup to all employees.

Anniversary token/service award

Team members hitting service milestones, anywhere from 5 to an incredible 50 years will be honored with a fun token of appreciation and a cash bonus. These will be delivered right through payroll during your anniversary month. It’s our way of saying a big THANK YOU for all the dedication, energy, and heart you bring to the team every day!

Employee retirement plan

Grundfos Philippines extends retirement benefits to all employees with five or more years of service. Benefits are determined in accordance with local policy percentages per year of service, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and recognition of employee tenure.
