Grundfos Egypt puts focus on HVAC and Cooling for HVAC Week

Pump manufacturer, Grundfos Egypt, brought its HVAC Week 2018 to a sparkling conclusion with a high-level seminar at Cairo’s Grundfos Pyramid Lounge on Sunday 18th February.
Leading engineers and HVAC contractors from across Egypt were addressed by some of the best known and respected names from within the global HVAC industry, including Grundfos, pressurization specialists Reflex, heating and air-conditioning company Trane and ASHRAE, the industry standards and education organization.
Under the title ‘Expert insights on HVAC systems and District Cooling’, the seminar covered a range of key subjects, ranging from energy efficiency and sustainability to the benefits of pressurization and air-separation on HVAC networks, with technical experts from Grundfos Egypt leading the audience through the company’s latest advances in chilled water technology and systems and the contribution these are making to improving efficiency in even the most demanding applications.
Designed to provide a learning experience and opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with both technical experts and other HVAC contractors and specialists from within the industry, the seminar included discussion periods and one- o-one opportunities as well as a lunch, during which attendees were able to network and discuss local projects.
The seminar was part of a week of events and customer presentations designed to highlight the growing importance of HVAC and Cooling throughout the country’s growing construction, manufacturing and residential/ hospitality sectors, and the opportunities this presents for stockist partners and engineers throughout Egypt.
It was presented under the academic affirmation of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Fouad, the highly respected Vice President of ASHRAE Cairo and Managing Director of the Energy & Buildings Laboratory at Cairo University.
