As part of a Global effort, the Ghanaian based office installed several solar panels and therefore rely less on the gird and have more stable electricity to power a modernised training facility adjoined to a showroom equipped with virtual reality offerings.
Over the years Grundfos has worked closely with various NGO’s such as the Red Cross and on projects alongside Aqua Africa, providing solutions and products ensuring clean drinking water. With this close collaboration, we have also seen success in establishing our water project aimed at providing safe drinking water to thousands of people. The project we will enable Ghanaians to purchase safe water at specially designed Grundfos Water Stations at an affordable price. The project will both improve the quality of life for users and create jobs around the water stations. A sustainable business case of this project will ensure the commercial incentive to keep the stations running and expansion of sites.
