Glynn is a ‘lifer’ in terms of working within the industry. He started his career in 1988 with a leading commercial and industrial pump distributor as Technical Sales Representative with special responsibility for selling pumps and associated equipment into commercial applications.
He joined Grundfos in 1999 as Area Sales Manager, looking after commercial building services projects and customers. His excellent customer service and man management skills were quickly identified and he was promoted several times attaining the role of Director of Sales for Commercial Building Services in 2007, and Managing Director in 2020 when he assumed responsibility for the direction and strategy of the organisation.
Today Glynn holds the pivotal position of Area Director for Commercial Building Services for North West Europe as well as retaining the position as Country Director for the UK. His common sense approach to business and his breadth and depth of knowledge, means he is very highly respected, both within and outside of the company. He has been a CIBSE member since 2010.

I have worked in various finance roles over the last 27 years, joining Grundfos in 2012, where I have held the positions of Assistant Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner and Credit Control Manager, before taking on my current position as Finance Manager for North Western Europe. I feel proud and privileged to be part of such a wonderful organisation.

My responsibility at Grundfos is for the delivery of HR within our sites for UK and Ireland as well as part of a wider Western European Team. I have worked for Grundfos for 6 years and have experience in several different industries, including Telecoms, Health Care, Production and Construction.
