1. The Grundfos Heating 2026 CHRISTMAS SWEATER promotion TERMS
During the period from September 1st 2026 to December 11st 2026 Grundfos will be running a Christmas sweater promotion in the United Kingdom, where one registered report of the Guided Commissioning flow from the Grundfos GO app can redeem a unique Grundfos Christmas sweater.
Below the terms for joining Heating 2026 Christmas sweater promotion are stated.
1.1 TERMS FOR THE GRUNDFOS HEATING 2026 CHRISTMAS SWATER PROMOTION
The Grundfos Heating 2026 Christmas sweater promotion is for professional pump installers only – company owners/managers and their employees. One registered report of the Guided Commissioning flow from the Grundfos GO app can redeem a unique Grundfos Christmas sweater. You can only claim one Christmas sweater per person during the period.
Employees of Grundfos, wholesalers or partners cannot participate in the Christmas sweater promotion.
Grundfos can end the promotion without notice.
1.2. THE GRUNDFOS HEATING 2026 CHRISTMAS SWEATER PROMOTION FOR PUMP INSTALLER COMPANIES
The Grundfos Heating 2026 Christmas sweater promotion is aimed at pump installer companies within United Kingdom. The employees and the company owner can register the report. The participant must be 18 years old or older to register. The Guided Commissioning flow is completed in the Grundfos GO app which must be downloaded from App Store or Google Play.
The Christmas sweater cannot be exchanged into cash or other products/goods. In case of issues the participant can contact the local sales company. ukimarketing@grundfos.com.
A participant is only allowed to register a Guided Commissioning flow report once. If Grundfos suspects any fraud in this regard, Grundfos is allowed to exclude the person committing the fraud from the Grundfos 2026 Christmas sweater promotion.
Terms must be accepted to submit the registration.
Once submitting the Guided Commissioning flow report a marketing permission for the used email is also given https://www.grundfos.com/uk/campaign/gfi-newsletter-signup-help-us-get-to-know-you so Grundfos afterwards secure shipment to the correct postal address but also send related and relevant communication by email.
1.3. TAXATION OF THE PRIZE
Recipients of the Christmas sweater could be taxable in their local country. Therefore, recipients might be obliged under local law to recognise the value of the Christmas sweater. If in doubt, the recipients should seek local advice at their own costs.
1.4. COMPLAINT
1. All complaints may be reported to Grundfos UK Ltd.
2. Grundfos must deal with complaints immediately, no longer than within 14 days from the date of receipt. The participant will be informed about the outcome of the complaint procedure accordingly the way the complaint was filed.
3. The complaint should include: name, full address of the participant, e-mail address, as well as an indication of the cause of the complaint.
1.5. LAW AND VENUE
All matters arising out of or relating to these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. This provision is void where prohibited or restricted by law. In this case, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, which the parties have been unable to settle amicably, must be settled by the courts of Denmark.
