Dosing applications are critical, which is why we’ve implemented a feedback loop in the remote-control process. When you send one or more commands to the dosing pump via our web portal, we temporarily save your desired settings, send the commands to the pump and block the input page. After a few seconds, we query the pump to confirm it has accepted the settings. We then compare your desired settings with the accepted ones and provide feedback to ensure the pump operates with your specified settings. This procedure guarantees that the dosing pump operates as intended.

Why there is no sensor for chemical tank monitoring in SMART Digital CHEMPAIRING Suite?
We have asked our customers about the best sensor principles to measure the tank volume for interchangeable chemical containers (from 10L canisters up to IBC). None of the sensor principles (e.g., internet-connected scale, ultrasonic, radar) really convinced our customers. Most of the time they are expensive, need a time-consuming calibration procedure, can only show the level but not the volume, and disappear with the container exchange. Therefore, we concluded that the best sensor for interchangeable containers is no sensor.
