Customer Sales & Support Center

Our Lenexa, Kansas, location brings together regional shared services and front-line customer expertise under one roof. This 40,000 sq. ft. site with a legacy dating back to 1961, and expanded into a purpose-built facility that delivers significant sustainability gains, including 50% higher energy efficiency, hydronic heating and cooling, and supplemental geothermal systems. Lenexa is also home to our state-of-the-art Industrial Training Center, designed to equip the next generation of water professionals through hands-on pump stations, partnerships with local organizations, and immersive learning experiences.
