Grundfos Commercial Building Services (CBS) in the USA is proud to announce a strategic realignment of its partnerships across key Mid-Atlantic territories. This move is designed to strengthen market coverage and drive growth in a region critical to Grundfos’ long-term ambitions.

New Partnership Structure

Effective immediately, Grundfos will implement the following changes to its CBS representation:

  • Central & Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and the Philadelphia Metro Area: Centergy will now represent Grundfos for both HVAC and Plumbing applications, bringing deep market expertise and a strong customer-first approach to the region.
  • Baltimore, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (HVAC Applications): Hobbs & Associates (an AIR Controls Concept brand) will take the lead as Grundfos’ new HVAC partner, known for their technical excellence and regional reach.
  • Baltimore–DC–VA Region (Plumbing and Aftermarket): No changes will be made. Grundfos will continue its successful collaboration with Shafer Troxell Howe (STH), ensuring continuity and support for customers in these applications and services.

A Market Poised for Growth

The Mid-Atlantic corridor represents a strategic growth opportunity for Grundfos CBS and this realignment reflects our commitment to delivering best-in-class solutions and support through partners who understand the unique needs of each market.

“We’re excited to welcome Centergy and Hobbs & Associates into our CBS partner network,” said Sherezad Shafiq, Vice President of Sales, CBS for Grundfos USA and Canada. “With the right partners in place, we’re better positioned to serve our customers, accelerate innovation, and expand our footprint in a strategically important region in the country.”
