Building on a Legacy of Excellence

For decades, MECO, Water Works, and Newterra have helped customers solve complex water challenges through innovative technologies, engineering expertise, and responsive service.

MECO has spent nearly 100 years supporting critical applications with industry-leading water purification systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial markets. Water Works has earned the trust of laboratories, healthcare facilities, life sciences organizations, and industrial customers across North America through its high-purity water solutions. Newterra has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative treatment technologies that address municipal, industrial, infrastructure, environmental, and manufacturing water challenges.

Today, we are pleased to announce an important milestone in our journey.

As part of the ongoing integration of Grundfos' water treatment businesses, MECO, Water Works, and Newterra are transitioning to the Grundfos brand. This evolution brings together the expertise, technologies, manufacturing capabilities, and service resources of these respected organizations under one unified identity.

By combining the strengths of these businesses, Grundfos is creating a stronger platform to support customers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, laboratory, industrial, manufacturing, municipal, infrastructure, environmental, microelectronics, and life sciences markets.

What This Means for Customers

As MECO, Water Works, and Newterra transition to the Grundfos brand, customers will gain access to the combined strengths of all three organizations while continuing to work with the teams and experts they know and trust.

Over the coming months, customers may begin seeing the Grundfos name appear on:

  • Quotations and proposals
  • Invoices and statements
  • Websites and digital platforms
  • Marketing materials
  • Email communications
  • Contracts and business documentation
  • Service reports and support materials

As branding updates are implemented, certain websites, email communications, and digital platforms may be updated to reflect the Grundfos brand. Customers should continue using existing contact methods until any changes are formally communicated.

This transition reflects our commitment to delivering a more unified customer experience while expanding the resources and expertise available to support customer success.

What Is Not Changing

While our brand is evolving, our commitment to customers remains unchanged. Customers can continue to expect:

  • The same trusted relationships and points of contact
  • The same experienced teams and technical experts
  • The same commitment to quality, innovation, and service
  • Continued support for ongoing projects and programs
  • Existing product and service capabilities
  • Ongoing compliance, validation, and regulatory support
  • The same dedication to helping customers solve critical water challenges

For customers operating in regulated industries, this transition does not impact product quality, quality management systems, supplier qualifications, validation support, documentation standards, validation documentation, or regulatory compliance support.

The people, expertise, and customer focus that have defined MECO, Water Works, and Newterra remain at the center of everything we do.
