In 2007, turnover increased by DKK 1.4bn to DKK 16.8bn. Despite a negative impact of 2% following on from the developments in exchange rates, the growth in turnover amounted to 9%, exceeding budgeted growth figures.

2007 was the year in which we worked determinedly to draw up an “Innovation Intent” for Grundfos for the coming 20-year period. Our considerations about Grundfos in the future are based on a number of significant changes – including a growing need for clean technology and the provision and processing of water in a globalised world characterised by fast economic growth and, as a consequence, growing consumption.
