As a Technical Sales Manager, Jason excels in troubleshooting and market development. Holding a BS in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and an MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, Sonia has a career marked by strategic pricing, customer relationship management, and technical product knowledge. Notable achievements include developing pricing strategies that boosted profitability and earning the Reach for Stars award in 2020. As H2O president in 2019, Sonia demonstrated leadership within Grundfos US. At the Sustainable Buildings Academy, Sonia specializes in E-Products, sharing deep insights into pump applications. Irfan Ashrafi, with 12 years at Grundfos and 13 years in the industry, is a seasoned professional in pressure boosting, HVAC, wastewater, and domestic hot water recirculation. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India, and completing a Master’s in Engineering Management at the University of Windsor in 2025, Irfan has driven market share growth in pressure boosting and optimized energy outcomes through value-based selling. At the Sustainable Buildings Academy, he teaches pressure boosting and domestic hot water recirculation, sharing global insights from his Middle East and North American experience. With over 15 years of experience planning events for 20 to 1,000 attendees, Pamela’s B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Houston fuels her passion for creating memorable experiences.
