Program Overview

Grundfos’ lead management platform is called LeadMethod and it is built for companies like Grundfos that sell through a complex distribution channel.

Some of the many benefits include:

  • Intuitive and easy-to-use lead management system for both partners and our internal sales team
  • Multi-factor authentication that eliminates the need for a login and password to access leads
  • Greater visibility into leads and report rate through data dashboards
  • More robust development team to address any issues or questions
  • Ability to report on leads directly from emails without having to log in

Here’s how it works

You will get an email when Grundfos assigns you a new lead. To access the system, click the blue link. No login is needed.

On a Lead Detail page, you can identify the lead as an “Opportunity” or “No Opportunity”. Add Notes and set Follow-up reminders on the lead to communicate with your Regional Manager.

View a list of all your Grundfos leads by clicking the “My Leads” icon at the top of any lead detail page. Bookmark this personalized link for easy access.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I login to the system?

No system login is required. Once your user account has been added in the system, you will receive a welcome email from leads@leadmethod.com containing your access link to the system. The same email can be used to access LeadMethod via your desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

I'm not receiving alerts. What can I do?

Add leads@leadmethod.com to your safe contacts list to ensure our leads are delivered to your inbox and not your spam/junk folder. If you are experiencing any issues with the emails from leads@leadmethod.com going to your Junk box, you should be able to mark the email as “Not Junk” through your email client. You can also create a rule so that all emails from leads@leadmethod.com go to a specific folder you can check to make it easy for you to find lead emails.

How can I report on the leads?

Though you won’t see leads right away, as soon as we receive a lead in your territory, you will receive an email notification with a direct link to the lead record. This record can also be found in the My Leads view, where you can see all leads assigned to your organization. Since LeadMethod is a web app, you don’t need to download anything in order to access – each email from leads@leadmethod.com will contain a mobile-friendly link to your lead database.

How to add another sales representative in the system?

To add a new sales representative, contact your Grundfos District Sales Manager directly by phone or email. Our Digital Marketing Support Team will update your account with your new user information.

Can I forward a lead to another person via email?

Please never forward your leads via email; this give the recipient access to your personal account. Instead, make all assignments within LeadMethod itself.

Can I download the system app on my smart phone?

No app downloaded is needed. Whether you are using Android phone or iPhone, you can just create a shortcut for your "My Leads" page on your smartphone to quickly access the system. Check out how to create the website shortcut on your phone's home screen.

When is a lead considered contacted?

A Lead is considered "Contacted" when EITHER the Lead Assignee views the lead OR anyone changes the Lead Status.

What is the difference between All Leads and Active Leads?

Total leads are all of the leads a distributor has been assigned. Active are all leads with an Opportunity, Quote or New status.

What is contact speed?

It is the time between the distributor being assigned the lead and the time they open it to view contact information.

What is engagement rate?

Engagement rate is the percentage of leads assigned to a status other than New.

What is close rate?

Close rate is number of leads in a Sale, No Sale or No Opportunity status (i.e., percentage of inactive leads).

What is activities count?

Number of activities logged (e.g., viewing a lead, adding a note, reassigning, etc.)
