A board member since 2024, Annika is a senior technology executive whose career spans high-technology industries including airborne, ground-based and naval radar solutions, defence, industrial systems, additive manufacturing and advanced engineering services.
She has held several senior positions at SKF, most recently in her current role as Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President Technology Development, where she is responsible for research, technology development and product development globally. Prior to this, she served as CTO and Head of Engineering at Saab Radar Solutions, leading design responsibility for the company’s radar portfolio.
Annika has also held leadership roles at Arcam AB and GE Additive, including acting CEO and Product Line General Manager, and Vice President, Engineering, where she led the transition from technology-driven to market-driven development.
Annika also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Jacob Wallenberg Foundation, and was formerly a board member of Image Systems AB.
She holds an International MBA from Waikato University School of Business, New Zealand, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
