Anne Grønbjerg holds a graduate diploma in Business Management and Organisation, HD(O) from Copenhagen Business School and joined Grundfos in 2016, where she has held various leadership positions. Furthermore, her impressive CV includes experience from Maersk Line, Danfoss and KPMG within shipping, communications. HR, sales and business development.

As CHRO, Anne Grønbjerg will be responsible for Grundfos’ global HR strategy, and she will step into Grundfos’ Group Management. Grundfos CEO Poul Due Jensen has high expectations for his new leadership team member.

In the past few years, Anne Grønbjerg has lived in Singapore, and she and her family will return to Denmark at the end of 2025. She looks forward to getting started in her new position.

Anne Grønbjerg will replace Mirjam Baijens, who is stepping down after having held the position for the past three and a half years.
