Henrik M. Christiansen will be leaving Grundfos

Henrik M. Christiansen joined Grundfos in 2014 and has as a member of Group Management played a key role in the ongoing transformation of the company.

"Henrik has played an invaluable role in Group Management and as head of our Global HR function the past 4,5 years. I am truly sad to see Henrik leave Grundfos, but I respect and understand his decision. His contributions have made us a stronger company,” says Mads Nipper, CEO and Group President, Grundfos.

Henrik M. Christiansen will be leaving at the end of April, based on a decision to spend more time with his family.

"It has been a privilege to work for this fine company for the last 4,5 years and leaving such professional colleagues on a mission to make our world a better place to live is not at all easy. None the less, for personal reasons, I had to make this choice and I look forward to joining another great company with a strong heritage and ambitions to making a difference to people’s life” says Henrik M. Christiansen.

The search for a successor is in progress and it is expected that a new CHRO can be announced within the next few weeks.
