Royal attention to our products in Australia

The Danish Crown Prince couple was participating, when the Sydney Opera House celebrated its 40th anniversary, for instance by highlighting its connection to Denmark via architect Jørn Utzon, who designed the world icon. One of the events was a design exhibition entitled Danish Design at the House, which featured products and design icons from 25 Danish companies, including Grundfos.

- Participating in the Danish Design at the House has given Grundfos the opportunity to showcase our latest pumping technologies, focusing on innovation, sustainability and design. The feedback we received proved this exhibition has helped us to grow our profile in Australia, says Steen Holm Jensen, Managing Director of Grundfos Australia.

Grundfos showcased the new MGE motor, which is the most energy efficient motor released to date by the company. It is equipped with predefined control modes, such as constant pressure, proportional pressure and constant level, which make it easier to fit it into any application. At the exhibition, the motor was equipped to a CR pump.

The Crown Prince couple stopped by the Grundfos display for a short introduction to the benefits of the latest technology.

At the celebrations, Grundfos was represented by Poul Due Jensen, Regional Managing Director of Asia Pacific, Bala Thuraisingam, General Manager of B.K.B. Solutions and Steen Holm Jensen, Managing Director of Grundfos Australia.

Among the Danish companies exhibiting were Lego, Bang & Olufsen and Bodum.
