Supplier Award 2010 for Italian valve manufacturer

Caleffi is a highly professional and competent key supplier for the Grundfos group. The company supplies various types of valves, such as safety valves, air vents, pressure relief valves in brass and composite. All are used for the UP OEM business.

- In addition to scoring very highly on the benchmark ratings we make regarding performance and stakeholder feedback, Caleffi has been very active in working out innovative solutions for our customers, he said.

Time for strengthening cooperation

On 27 September, the Italian supplier received the Supplier Award at a ceremony at HQ in Bjerringbro.

- It is a great honour for us to receive the award from a great and strong company like Grundfos, said CEO Marco Caleffi, emphasising that the award belongs to all staff and not only the few receiving it in Denmark:

- Not only are we proud of having obtained a higher score than the other suppliers, we are also very pleased with this day. In the busy working day you seldom get the chance to use an entire day together, face to face. However, it is really something that strengthens cooperation - also regarding future projects.

Caleffi has more than 1000 staff and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Last year the company had a turnover of 252m Euro.
