Question: Why does the UNILIFT pump stop shortly after starting?

Answer:

Common causes:

  • Thermal relay in starter is set too low → Adjust according to pump nameplate.
  • Low voltage / excessive voltage drop → Measure phase voltage and ensure deviation is within ±10%.
  • Blocked impeller causing overload → Clean the impeller.
