Question: Why is the drainage pump running but not delivering any water?

Answer:

Most common causes:

Discharge valve closed or blocked → Check and open/clean the valve.
Nonreturn valve (NRV) blocked → Clean the NRV.
Air locked in the pump → Lift pump out of water while running to vent, then lower back in.
