Education: Ulrik has an MSc in Business Administration & Economics from Aarhus Business School, Denmark and has undertaken executive leadership programmes at IMD, Switzerland and MIT, USA.
Experience
Ulrik Gernow joined Grundfos in 2019 as Group Executive Vice President and member of Group Management. During his time at Grundfos Ulrik has held positions as responsible for Global Segments, Marketing and Communications (2019-2021); Chief Commercial Officer (2021-2022) and in 2022 Ulrik was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Grundfos, Ulrik worked for the LEGO Group (1994-2019) in various innovation and marketing leadership positions in Denmark, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Transformation Officer.
