Step 1: Define your application requirements
Set the application area and application. Then, select a parameter for evaluation and click ‘Start sizing’.
Step 2: Evaluate and compare pumps
Now, simply evaluate and compare the pumps in the list of results. Your results are listed in descending order according to the best life cycle cost.
Step 3: Select your product
Select the product best suited for your needs and get instant access to in-depth information, including duty points, curve and sizing results.
How to find a pump that fits your needs

Step 1: Select your application criteria
Start by going to ‘Products & Services’. To control the evaluation criteria and make your selection process easier, choose an application in the selection area tab. Click the arrow to further narrow down your search.
Step 2: Select duty points
Type in your duty points and select your evaluation criteria, such as price or energy costs. Please be aware that energy costs are influenced by the control range, the load profile and the calculation period.
Step 3: Review the list of products
You will be given a selection of products that fulfil your duty points and evaluation criteria, sorted by life cycle costs. Select a pump to check further features like load profile and energy consumption. Now you are ready to size your pump.

Different liquids come with different pump requirements, which can make pump selection tricky. Grundfos Product Center simplifies the process with a dedicated section designed to match pumps with liquids quickly and easily.

Step 1: Select your liquid
Under ‘Solutions’, click ‘Liquids’. Choose your liquid and enter the temperature and concentration. A safety warning will highlight any relevant flashpoints and boiling points you should be aware of.
Step 2: Enter pump details
Next, select your product and size. You’ll immediately see whether the chosen liquid can be pumped safely under the given conditions.
Step 3: Find the right pump and print your results
Finally, you can continue to the catalogue where you can explore available product variants. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Start sizing’ to identify the right pump for your duty point. From here, you can also print your results.

Step 1: Search by name or number
Enter your product name, or your product number, to quickly find your match.
Step 2: Access all information
Once you’ve selected your product, you’ll enjoy instant access to everything you need: performance curves, photos, dimensional drawings, motor curves, wiring diagrams, spare parts and even 3D drawings.
You can also explore full specifications, quotation texts, videos, brochures, instructions, service material, data booklets and CAD/BIM drawings. Then, you can print, save it to a project or export it to your desktop instantly.
Calculate pump efficiency in no time
Energy comparisons can be time-consuming, but in the Grundfos Product Center, you can quickly calculate a pump’s energy efficiency with lifecycle cost (LCC) criteria. Based on that, you can find the most energy-efficient solution for your project.

Select parameters for evaluation, such as energy consumption. A list of products will appear, ranked by best lifecycle cost. Click on any product to see its load profile, energy savings, sizing, CO₂ impact and more.
Step 3: Pick your pump
Select your preferred pump, then print or export or print any documentation you need. You can also keep comparing other pumps to find the perfect combination of size and energy efficiency.

Share your pump projects easily
Collaboration is easier when your colleagues and clients can access your pump project data anytime, anywhere. In the Grundfos Product Center, you can create and save your projects in a personalised folder and grant read or edit permissions to others. All you have to do to get started is create a login.

Step 1: Create a project
First, create an account in the Grundfos Product Center. Once you’ve done that, simply log in and start creating your project.
Step 2: Share your project
Once you’ve created a project, you can find it under the ‘My projects’ tab on the right side of the screen. Select the project you want to share.
Step 3: Add users
Head to the ‘Project details’ tab and click ‘Add user’. From here, simply enter the email addresses of the people you want to add. You can give them editing or viewing rights. It’s that easy.
How to save your sizing parameters
Did you know that the Grundfos Product Center can save your own personal, predefined sizing parameters? All you need to do is sign up, and you’ll get access to this cool feature and many more.

Step 1: Select your application
Log in, go to ‘Size by’ and select your application area followed by the application itself. Enter the flow rate and head and click ‘Size product’.
Step 2: Name and save parameters
Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Save parameters’. Give it a unique name so it’s easy to find later.
Step 3: Browse and select your saved parameters
Now, head to the menu on the right, click ‘Saved items’, and you’ll find all your saved data – including the sizing parameters. Simple. It’s a great way to save time by reusing data.
How to save your print settings
Putting together quotes for customers can be time-consuming. But in the Grundfos Product Center, you can save your personal print settings and create branded quotations with your company logo.

Step 1: Go to your profile settings
Start by changing your settings. Simply click the profile icon in the top right corner and select ‘Account settings’.
Step 2: Customise your print settings
From here, you have the option to change your print preferences. You can edit the company page header, project header, page setup and more. And more importantly, you can upload your own logo.
Step 3: Try your settings on a product print
To see how it works, start by selecting a product. Click the print icon at the top of the page and select your custom setup in the ‘Page & Headers Setup’. If you’ve uploaded your own company logo, this is where to add to your print. Select 'Generate PDF' to see an example of the final result.
