Former versions of Terms for Sale of Digital Services

In the list below, you can find the former versions of terms and conditions governing Grundfos sale of each of our digital services. The terms and conditions applicable to a customer's agreement, are the terms and conditions for the digital services purchased by the customer.

If there are more versions of a set of terms and conditions for the same digital service, the terms and conditions applicable to a customer are the specific set of terms and conditions applicable in the country where the customer is domiciled, e.g. for customers domicilied in USA, the terms and conditions applicable for USA.

The non-English versions of the terms are guiding translation only. The English language version of the terms are applicable to the customer and prevails in case of any inconsistencies with the translated version.
